Description

The newly developed Precinct 4 is located across the Seri Gemilang Bridge from the PICC at the southeast end of the Putrajaya Boulevard and serves mainly as Business and Commercial Precinct, but also includes several self-sustaining, sail-boat shaped residential units. Precinct 4 covers a total land area of about 2.13 km2 (213 hectares). Dataran Gemilang, a round square located at the southern tip of Putrajaya’s core island flanked by a number of high-rise buildings, is the commercial heart of the precinct.

Products Used

Approximately 40.000m2 of sub-structure including the 800mm thick basement slab were treated with PENETRON at Dataran Gemilang in Putrajaya’s Precinct 4, providing the project with a self-healing concrete that addresses all aspects of effective waterproofing and total concrete protection.
